Discover the versatility of the Timco Hex Head Exterior Green Timber Screws, available in handy retail packs at Electro South West Ltd. These high-quality screws are designed as an alternative to traditional coach screws, mainly used for timber-to-timber applications. Coated with a patented multi-layer corrosion-resistant plating, they withstand 1,000 hours of salt spray resistance according to BS EN 9227:2012. Ideal for external applications, these screws feature an 8mm hex head with a fixed washer. The helix shank removes debris and improves clamping, ensuring a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance.

I ordered my Commando 35 in preference to an imported magdrill because I still believe in buying British. If the UK population won't buy British products then why should anyone else?
I was impressed with the solid build quality and functionality of the drill.
I do think that some design features could be improved on. The handles for example have the be removed to put the machine back in the case. Why not use a ratchet system? Also there is little clearance with longer bits, a taller track would have been good. Admittedly it is the entry level magdrill and despite my niggles I'm very pleased with my purchase.
As with all Ambersil products you get a quality product.
