The Sandstone is designed for all-day comfort, even on hard surfaces or rough terrain. Its advanced, bio-based EVA cushioned midsole, containing 61% USDA BioPreferred® certified content, provides exceptional shock absorption. This is complemented by an Activ-Step® recycled foam footbed, made with 81% recycled foam and a 100% recycled polyester sock liner, creating a breathable and supportive environment for your feet. The ergonomic design of the collar is a standout feature, specifically crafted to reduce stress on the back of the ankle, making these trainers an excellent choice for drivers and those who spend long hours on their feet. The Rockfall Sandstone is a leader in sustainable safety footwear. Upper textiles, linings, and laces are made from 100% GRS certified recycled polyester. The Activ-Step® footbed utilizes 82% pre-consumer recycled foam and a 100% post-consumer recycled top mesh. The cushioned midsole boasts 61% bio-based EVA content, certified by the USDA BioPreferred® Programme. Even the packaging is fully sustainable: FSC® accredited, made from recycled, reusable, and recyclable paper/card, printed with soybean ink, and entirely free from single-use plastics.
