Pan Head Machine Screws Pozi BZP Din 7985

Pozi pan head machine screws, BZP (bright zinc plated), DIN 7985 / ISO 7045 — metric M3–M6, fully threaded, reliable Pozidriv grip for clean, cam‑out‑resistant fastening in machinery and electronics.

Built to DIN 7985 (Pozidriv variant commonly denoted 7985Z), the low profile pan head gives a broad bearing surface for a neat, snag‑free finish. The bright zinc plated steel resists corrosion and looks the part in visible assemblies. Pozidriv recess improves torque transfer and reduces slip compared with Phillips, speeding installs and protecting workpieces. Commonly used in electronics, appliances and general machine assembly, and equivalent to ISO 7045 for easy spec matching. Helpful: pair with matching nuts and washers or drive into pre‑tapped holes for a secure hold, and see our full machine screws collection for different head types and finishes.

Use with hex or nyloc nuts where vibration is a factor, or fasten directly into tapped metal for a professional finish. Need help choosing size? Check our metric size guide and see Pozi vs Phillips tips in our fastener drive guide.
