Description
The JCP Metalfix MFH Heavy Section Self-Drilling Screws are the professional's choice for fastening directly into structural steel from 3.0mm up to 12.5mm thick. These heavy-duty tek screws combine drilling and tapping into a single, rapid action, dramatically increasing your on-site productivity.
Engineered for performance, each screw features a formidable No. 5 drill point that bites instantly into steel, clearing swarf efficiently to prevent binding and tip burnout. The case-hardened C1022 steel construction provides the exceptional strength and ductility needed to create a secure, reliable fixing every time.
Perfect for internal steel framing, securing brackets, assembling purlins, and general fabrication, these screws are the definitive solution for any job involving heavy-section steel. For other applications, explore our full range of Self-Drilling Screws.
