For protection, the RF360 features a lightweight aluminium toecap and an exclusively crafted para-aramid anti-perforation midsole developed by Activ-Step® Footwear Components. Together, they provide advanced protection against impact and underfoot hazards while maintaining flexibility and comfort.

The upper is made from LWG Gold-rated nubuck leather, offering water repellence, durability, and reduced environmental impact. Inside, the Activ-Tex® waterproof membrane, made with 60% recycled post-consumer polyester, ensures your feet stay dry in wet conditions while contributing to sustainability goals.

Comfort is enhanced with the Activ-Step® bio-based footbed, made from 73% natural rubber and 100% recycled polyester sock liner, certified by the USDA BioPreferred® Programme. This footbed delivers superior shock absorption, reducing fatigue during long shifts. The EVA cushioned midsole further absorbs impact, while the nitrile rubber outsole skin provides outstanding abrasion resistance and grip on varied terrains.
