The Beta 7212FG has a perforated suede upper which offers excellent breathability, keeping your feet cool during long shifts, while the anti‑abrasion insert in the toe cap area adds extra resilience where scuffs and wear are most common.
A lightweight polymer toe cap provides impact protection up to 200 joules, and the composite fibre insole with ceramic treatment offers penetration resistance without the weight of steel. The anatomically shaped carbon underfoot cover supports natural movement, and the single‑density polyurethane outsole delivers dependable grip on smooth or uneven surfaces.
Weighing just 490g (size 42), the Beta 7212FG combines comfort, safety, and style in one versatile package. Available in sizes EU 35–48 (UK 2.5–13), it’s ideal for kitting out individuals or entire teams.

I ordered my Commando 35 in preference to an imported magdrill because I still believe in buying British. If the UK population won't buy British products then why should anyone else?
I was impressed with the solid build quality and functionality of the drill.
I do think that some design features could be improved on. The handles for example have the be removed to put the machine back in the case. Why not use a ratchet system? Also there is little clearance with longer bits, a taller track would have been good. Admittedly it is the entry level magdrill and despite my niggles I'm very pleased with my purchase.
As with all Ambersil products you get a quality product.
