Excellent replacement, tool now back in service.
I must be missing something. Put a 10mm hole in concrete block and attempting to fix a rail with these. When spannering up the nut the fitting just draws out of the hole. I am using a 10mm fitting. The sleeve at the end doesn't seem to expand.
I ordered my Commando 35 in preference to an imported magdrill because I still believe in buying British. If the UK population won't buy British products then why should anyone else?
I was impressed with the solid build quality and functionality of the drill.
I do think that some design features could be improved on. The handles for example have the be removed to put the machine back in the case. Why not use a ratchet system? Also there is little clearance with longer bits, a taller track would have been good. Admittedly it is the entry level magdrill and despite my niggles I'm very pleased with my purchase.
