Over time, outdoor tarmac and asphalt suffer from continuous exposure to vehicular traffic, footfall, heavy rain, and ultraviolet degradation. Left unprotected, these surfaces develop cracks, lose color, and degrade structurally. Applying Tarmacoat 3100 restores the surface with a durable, protective layer while enhancing visual clarity and neatness.

This 5-liter unit is engineered for efficient coverage across medium-to-large surface areas, making it ideal for sports court markings, commercial perimeter walkways, outdoor parking bays, and residential driveways. The water-based acrylic formula provides superior adhesion directly to asphalt substrates without softening the underlying bitumen, a common issue with solvent-based alternatives. This ensures the structural integrity of the pavement remains intact during and after application.

Designed with practicality in mind, Tarmacoat 3100 cures rapidly, allowing property owners and contractor teams to re-open areas quickly. The Mid Green shade offers high visibility and a clean, professional appearance that resists dirt pickup and standing water exposure. Whether used to mark out dedicated zones, rejuvenate playground surfaces, or cover weathered tarmac, this coating provides an tough, flexible barrier that moves with the substrate during thermal expansion and contraction, preventing premature peeling or flaking.

For optimal performance, ensure the target surface is clean, dry, and free from loose gravel, moss, grease, and standing debris prior to painting. Apply using a brush, roller, or suitable airless spray equipment to achieve uniform coverage and a consistent finish.
