- Drill a 20mm hole in the concrete to the required depth. The depth should be at least 65mm however the anchor can be accurately set independent of the hole depth, preventing the anchor from being inserted too far.
- Clean the hole of any dust or debris.
- Insert the anchor into the hole with the threaded end facing up. Tap it lightly with a hammer until it is flush with the surface.
- Use a setting tool to drive the wedge cone into the anchor body. This will expand the anchor and lock it in place.
- Remove the setting tool and insert your bolt or rod through the fixture and into the anchor. Tighten it with a wrench or a socket until it is secure.
