Deliveries & Returns
Standard Delivery
The charge for standard delivery is £5.95
Free delivery is offered for orders placed via the website for £100 or more.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm the same day.
Please note - Goods not despatched on public holidays, weekends or during the Christmas break.
Free Click & Collect
Orders placed online can be collected from our trade counter in Bridgwater Somerset TA6 4BH by selecting Click & Collect as your delivery option. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Free Local Delivery
We offer a free local delivery service via our own transport, as shown in the map below.
If your address falls within the area shown then please select Free Local Delivery at the checkout and we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Returns & Cancellation
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before despatch. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us with your order invoice reference, with a reason for cancellation. If the order has not been despatched, you will be issued a full refund.
Returns
If you wish to return an order, then please contact us with the original order invoice reference, and reason for return. If an item is not required then you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in original packaging. Delivery will not be refunded on unwanted items. Depending on the item a 20% handling charge may apply.
Incorrect Supply of Goods or Damaged
If an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, then please notify us as soon as you receive the goods. We will refund any delivery charges paid on original order and return shipping if is damaged or incorrect.
